MODERN.JAZZ DANCE FOR KIDS (AGES 8-12)

The course introduces students to jazz, modern, musical theater dance vocabulary through an extensive warm-up of stretching, isolating movements, kicks, turns, standing and center combinations, traveling steps, skips, turns, jumps and leaps as well as creating two dances for performance. Student dancers will practice the most popular moves and dance technique with a variety of modern.jazz styles and choreography. Taught by Certified Instructor: M.A. Rendina
